Welcome to Coast Toronto where we explore the shoreline of Toronto through time. Here you will learn about the geology of the coast, nature, weather, waves and things wise and wonderful about this interface between our city and Lake Ontario. My hope is that by helping people connect to the coast of our city I can enable young and old, newcomer and long-standing resident to enjoy it more, preserve it, and re-imagine a cleaner, healthier shore.
